Suppose no *. I did not why this jnt 305 always keep the items in warehouse too long. When we go for pick up they cannot find the items in their warehouse. A lots of reason given. I think better close it . No need to make people life difficult because of your bad service. This kind of service should not exist . We wa for delivery. Until now i did not receive my items.

I am very happy with their delivery speed and services! Imma Shopee Seller and my regular drop off time was about 6-7pm and they are able to delivered most of my parcels the next day! I was based in KK and recently moved to Subang. None of the J&T Branch nearby able to have that kind of delivery speed! They usually have a cut off time around 5pm and my items will be delivered 2-3 days later. How I wish all J&T branches can have these type of delivery speed :') Also their staff are very friendly too! Some days when they are not too busy, they will greet you and say thank you after I dropped my parcel. This little gestures seems nothing but that shows that they really care their customers!

Package status ‘out for delivery’ for 2 days …. Until today still ‘out for delivery ‘ …. Walk also can reach the branch ….. Then few more stuff on hold for days and weeks ……This branch can really close down …… memang teruk ! Doesn’t deserve one star .

Good service at counter. Only took 1 day for the parcel to arrive KL. The despatcher also very efficient when delivering the parcel. Kudos to the team
