CDC KULAI 303 is the worst.. holding my express delivery item.. please improve your service.. i see all the reviews saying the same thing.. meaning no proper management.. and not bothered to improve.. we expect u deliver today and stay at home waiting for the parcel.. and u all decide to hold it until i call and complain..

My parcel is being in hold for 4 days till now. On hold cause of bad weather. But in 2 days whether is good but still on hold. J&T now bad service not like before.
