Only 1 counter open, and many ppl waiting outside. Limit 4 person to enter premis.. Staff not friendly at all. I prefer post office Tesco Mergong, but this is near my house that's why I went there..

Worst post office in Alor Setar. The staff is not customer friendly. It hurts. Not recommended at all. Better to go to Jalan Stadium post office or Lotus's Mergong. Don't come here if you are the hot-tempered type.

item post date 4/4. today 5/4 pounds still at PL center alor setar again. if you follow your heart, you can refund the postage at another server, service tip top, why don't you die, you won't be angry, brother.. I'm not surprised that day when I checked the tracking, it didn't move, but it arrived. The staff is not customer friendly. The service provided is too slow. Only 1 counter is operating. The waiting room is dirty. Queue number papers are littered on the floor. The temperature scanner provided is for exhibition purposes only as it does not work.
