Same issue and happened many times. They update parcel successfully delivered inside Shopee App. But actual fact, parcel not even reach my house until 3days later. Phone no provided inside app is not going through. I always happy with J&T service except for this branch. Branch manager pls monitor otherwise u kept getting bad review.

I only chose this shipping company because the seller for Shopee only works with J&T. I already knew how bad they are, but I keep hoping that it won't happen to me. But the delivery didn't come for days even though I had it tracked to the local office. Finally had to go pick it up myself. There was no explanations or apologies to me for the inconvenience. Please do better 😑

Went there abit late. Though it still operating hours but due to covid they need to clean and sanitize the place. But they still accept me😭😭 tqsm great service and staffs❤️❤️

the good service is fast delivery & the bad is the quality of the delivery 2 times receive parcel with damaged item for such as sensitive item like glass. hope J&T handle any product with care and safe especially for fragile label.
