I checked the parcel number and it showed that my parcel stayed at ipoh. I called ipoh abx. They told me that it had been delivered to k.kangsar. My shipment had been in k.kangsar for nearly 1 month. No staff sent it. Customers are required to pick up the goods in person, please don’t charge us for postage! Even the most basic call to notify customers can’t be done!!!! If got 0star i will give 0star!very bad!

Yr status shows route scan in Ipoh area then I driving to Ipoh pick up myself but staff told me parcel at Kuala Kangsar. WTF😡 You never answer my call.
