Given them a call 2 days ago. The customer service was soft-spoken and I barely listen what he said! I guess what he was talking about my parcel, then he replied with a yes or no. Be patient when you are calling them to track your parcel. Giving extra one star for picking up my phone call, as I saw many customers’ call was not answered by them 😬

Terrible. Did not send my parcel twice and had to cancel it. Liar. I lived near your place also you cannot search ah? Use nokia isit cannot google? Your workers even lied that they called me twice but they didn’t even once, never. This is the worst courier I have ever encountered. Not recommended at all.

Delivery service rude. When they do pick up the phone, they're polite and courteous, but service is super inefficient. The delivery from their warehouse was unbearably rude and unprofessional, basically accused me of lying when I said I asked for a re-delivery a week before but no one came. So not only are they bad, but they lie too. So mad that I came here just to see what other customer experience are like and noted that I'm not alone. Piss poor workers you have on the back-end.
