Poor service. Received a call that my parcel had arrived but was not home at that time. Arranged to receive the parcel the next day yet did not get any calls or messages. Waited patiently.Called after 3 working days to enquire if I could pick my parcel myself. Was told to wait for a call(til they have found my parcel). Once again waited til the next day, called them again but no answer. Waited another 2 working days before calling, still no answer. Went to retrieve parcel myself from their office finally. Parcel was in good condition. Ample parking space. Chairs available to sit outside in shaded area while waiting. When picking up package also noticed phone at counter was ringing yet staff just ignored😐.
