I've made a phone call this morning regarding on my item should be redelivery. I call the center and and this office but until now, the item wasn't arrive. Can i know wht the problem of j&T services? This is my 1st time experience and I'm quite disappointed with the services. I hope you can redelivery it ASAP.

Service is good but the shop is too bright from a sun light.. Maybe if they install a blind would be nice..
