Worst jnt service ever. Tunggu almost sminggu parcel takda apa-apa update. Only to come finding out that my parcel damaged/lost. What a dumb jnt centre. Guys, don't trust this place with your items.

Wasn't home yesterday when delivery arrived. Courier guy ask me to collect before 2pm else the parcel will return to sender. Arrived here at 11am, place looks open and ready for visitors but the staff here told me it only opens at 12.30pm for collection. ONE AND A HALF HOUR COLLECTION WINDOW BEFORE ITS RTS!?

Bad service and staff not response as per expected. No extra mile to resolve customer issue. Bear in mind u exist bcoz of us and we pay for the service

Status shows my parcel got damaged at their warehouse. I thought j&t won't deliver it to me. Then, 1day after the status changed to out for delivery. J&t rewrapped the parcel and delivered the damaged item to me. Very irresponsible.
