Wtaf. The delivery guys from Gdex are super rude. First time they delivered no one was home they came the next day and scolded me plus they hadn't even called me or rang my doorbell and threw one of my fragile parcels over the fence. Then today another parcel came. Again 0 calls and didn't ring my bell. Found my parcel thrown over the fence, sitting upside down and basking in the freaking hot sun when these are temperature sensitive items

I am quite unsatisfied with the overall service. I cant reach the number provided. No one answering the call. My items arrive at the facility and stay there for a whole day. That will effect the lead time for my business (receiving item, operational hour, postage out for customer). I need to pick it up by myself and surprisingly, the staff seems so free and manage to have a chit chat, and doesnt take long time to find my parcel. That showed that the parcel has arrived been there BUT no one would care to send it out. Im not someone who complaint a lot, but if the services are these bad, please take note on it. Improve it, take action. That will reflect your company image too.. Would not recommended to people who want fast delivery. If you dont mind waiting, go ahead. I dont blame the workers, there's tons of order per day, Im not the only customer to entertain, just improve yout service

This is the worst courier service company I have ever seen. The parcel was kept in the office for many days but didn't deliver, the excuse given to me was we have many parcel to deliver. I have been calling the branches for few days but the call never pick up, end up I got no choice I try to go to the branch to collect. I reached the office 6.15pm, one of the guys front desk just show me a gesture they are closed after that he just walk away not even bother. I try to approach another lady at the front desk get her to help to check the status of my parcel, she told me the parcel is in the office but now they are close not able to help me to retrieve it, tell me to come over again. If they are answer the call I won't be go after 6pm, further more if the parcel is not urgent I won't drive all the way to get it, even I walk in also not willing to help.

I understand due to Movement control order. Its very hard for you to delivered parcel or mail to house. However, customer service or outlet should update customer about the parcel status. My parcel stuck in outlet about 1 week. I call customer service they give the unacceptable reason. Until i call police station to make clarification. After then, I call outlet they said my parcel just arrived last thursday which is 26th Mar. And today is 2nd April . Wth, they said just arrived if my parcel stucks there 1 week! They are not even apologise me and keep defends gdex. They should update me whatever it is. The only reason he gives me because they have 2k customer, all 2k customer he need to update. So rude ! Please improve your customer service skill.
