POOR SERVICE!!!! No one answering the contact number and ask customers pick up by themselves if they want faster receive. If like this, please just shut down this business. "Lack of labor" was not an excuse to delay or can slow down to send out the parcels!

J&T Tapah is bad to service her. Small items really like leavening for 2,3 days. Big items are good at delivering directly to the customer. This person's service has never been good when it comes to small items. I feel so bad with this service 🤬
