poor job as I was told that my parcel could not be send to my house using motorcycle because my parcel is too big or too long. My parcel is only a box of 6 pack of banana milk. When I pick up my parcel at the courier house, they told me they were sorry because the motorcycle was repaired that why they could not send it to my house. I was confused why they couldn't send it to my house and give mean excuses
