Try to call drop point to find out the delivery status if they cannot deliver, we can arrange for the self-collection, but no one is bothering to answer the call, no sure are they have the customer service desk set up to attend to those incoming call. Now, 2nd day's parcel is still "On Hold" in the drop point. What kind of working attitude for this drop point staff, no sense of responsibility.
