First, I would everyone understand that this place is quite busy. So, we should tolerate with the waiting time might be longer. What I would like to applaud j&t is they try to make the system smooth. For example, special tray for shopee drop point. The other is o9 system to make sure the name and adress of sender and receiver is correct and at the same time, reducing waiting time. We can fill on9 the address and name, than when going to send the parcel, they just scan the qr we get.
