Make sure you have installed PosLaju app before coming in to drop your parcel off . All is being done online now. Fill in the details needed in the apps and just show your QR code at the counter. Easier, efficient and less hustle. Staff poslaju there are also very helpful. Just ask help. Good luck.

The front desk was very helpful. They guide customer on how to use e-consignment patiently. Anyone who want to post parcel/document better download pos apps first / go to their website and fill up in e-consignment.

very bad service and not efficient. my parcel arrived at their office on 7.9.2017 at 8am and today is 11.9.2017. my friend still did not received the parcel. When I call the office number, cannot get through. I have deal with many post office, others are very efficient but not this one.

worst...1 time customer ask for his parcel, it should arrive 3 days ago at kemaman office. the counter/staff just said ..we dint know. the customer just went back with angry face..the staff not friendly at all..bad service
