Very poor service. Last time they can deliver parcel to my area. This time they say my area is non-delivery area. I send a complaint last night and they called me at 9am to confirm for delivery. 11am they call my mom to inform they are going to deliver the parcel shortly. Waited for ages but doesnt show up. Wasting time waiting, wasting energy, and wasting money using their service. I'm sorry, please improve your service for future convenience.

Worst service ever with no one in counter while people get crowded infront. Workers working slow, chit chat and laughing all around at the store behind. Please kindly improve it! Do refer other courier service, others do really good service. And please pick up the phone, the phone is keeping ringing and never picked up. I hope that is the boss calling or other urgent calls.

Poor service. Claimed close at 6 pm but nobody picked up the phone even 20 minutes before 6 pm. When I used the tracking number to track my order, it was stated not delivered because area is not in service but nobody care to contact me.

Staff were not helpful when the clock shows after 5:30 evethough the working hours as said to until 6 pm. If you are collecting parcels, please bring along the tracking number, your parcel is considered lost if there is no tracking number

open 8.30am doesn’t mean 8.30 staffs arrived to punch card! On that time, you all baru nak clean up all the office while you see all people standing outside. Please improve and work faster! Hope their manager see my comment and take the action. TQ
