Poor services i had experienced with ABX. Few times parcel sent to wrong door neighbourhood, delayed few days deliver the parcel. Sometimes the parcel status showed delivered, but the reality is i din't receive any parcel. That why they should inform customer where they put the parcel if they already delivered, jgn like previous case sent wrong door no. again!!!! In these situation, how would customer satisfy with ABX??? Actually no rate to your, until you improve your service.

The parcel were delivered very slowly. Compared to other shipping companies. ABX a bit lazy, because other shipping companies still open on Sunday, but ABX is not open. This also resulted in slower delivery of parcel. Bad service!!! Please improve your service!!!!

dont inform "parcel is out for delivery" when it took you three days just to deliver a parcel. i understand if i have to wait for three days if the parcel is still at the sorting facility but it doesnt make sense if you inform me the parcel is out for delivery but no sign of you delivering it to me. its been three days and the parcel is still out for delivery...

ABX should manage the courier delivery boy properly; please assign SAME person to the SAME area, please don't keep on changing people - because ABX person-in-charge FAIL/ DID NOT do his work properly, my parcel was delivered to a WRONG address. Big shopping platform like LAZADA should NOT appoint ABX to do the delivery work : VERY UNRELIABLE !

If I can I would give this place negative 100 stars because of how bad the service is. Do not use this courier service guys they will just waste your time. They gave you the option to call customer service but for some good reason they are always unavailable like is it only 1 people working for answering customer service calls here? Amazing. They will never answer your calls but suddenly your parcel's delivery status will change to "unsuccessful: consignee does not amswer phone" but in reality I've been trying to contact them and THEY are the ones that is not answering my calls. By the way, they didn't even call me or anything so their reason for unsuccessful delivery was a straight up lie. Bad service. Do not use this service.
