The lousiest J& T branch in Sg Petani. They close the branch as they like and not as per published in the google. Parking here is an issue. Not easy to get parking. More troublesome when reach the branch, the branch close when system shows it is suppose to close at 7pm. Suggest to close this lazy branch.

Jnt pekan baru should provide system qr pay or pay online for customer. hope this can improve as many cust now is cashless. 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼 overall, the delivery is very fast, my cust got their parcel the next day of shipment. never have issue w the shipment. good & friendly staff. thanks

Very bad experience with j&t, from 25th June parcel out for delivery until now 1st July not delivered then it's on hold, try to call many times but no one answering

very bad service. I called them many times and they don't even answer my call. I payed for the service so that my order will be delivered at my house but it didn't. Do you expect me to go to your warehouse to pick my parcel when I already payed for your service. What's the purpose of me paying you???
