Lately they don't ring the door bell or call you or horn when they deliver the parcel and just throw the parcel into the house compound where I have dogs who might disturb or tear the parcel. Irresponsible. At least other courier service will ring the door bell or their horn when they arrive

efficiency and shipping very slow..also dont answer the phone...waited for so long the parcel everyday say on delivery..i wont use it next time jnt express..already scared about it.....
