My parcel being in hold for so many days . By right I should receive the parcel by 15th April . Very bad . Its second time already. Saje problem . I saw many Feedbacks are holding the same complaint. On hold for too long. If less of man power then please close this branch . Very poor service.

my parcel still hold in this outlet. Courier never call me but status mentioned i reject my parcel and will resend to seller. I call j&T, they never pickup. please be responsible for your job. thank you

Takes so much time to delivered the parcel. I waited for 2 days infront of my gate because they inform me "out of delivery" but still my parcel Didn’t show up please improve your service management and i hope my parcel is still in a good condition because it’s really important for me 🙃 . My tracker number is 685276472727 please make it quick !

Other places received parcel 3 days before I receive. Always this place issue. Will be lodging complaint to higher authority soon

Staff is nice but the way how the place run very bad. Went to the place 4 times only successfully collect one parcel, 1st time went on Saturday being told the place open till 3pm, asked to return on next day. 2nd time, the next day being told they didn't open on weekend. 3rd time, reach there at 1pm but many people queuing and being forced to come back another time. 4th time finally able to get in queue at 11am but the process took 3 hours just to collect a parcel. The way how their parcel organized is awful, everything is just messed up on the floor. Their smoking area also full with load of flammable parcel on the floor, can see their staff even smoke at that area. Staff didn't put on mask during Covid-19 period. All in all, their staff is friendly but the way how the place is run pretty bad.
