I never thought I would give a 1 star rating to a place. GDex is absolutely ridiculous. I have to wait 5 days and still no delivery untill I go and pick up the package myself. The office itself is such a mess. Not sure of its overall GDex problem or just this particular branch. Hope they can improve their service.

You couldn't find me and simply gave up? You didn't even bother to call, I have to call YOU instead. What kind of low qualit service is this? Tutup branch je lah. Even Grab and J&T can find my house and would call me if they have any issue locating me. I stayed up all day, now I have to wait until Monday to wake up early in the morning to waste money and take Grab to go to the office myself to pick up the parcel. You've been receiving the same complaints since FOUR years ago. Mana initiatives to improve work quality? Worst courier service, heads up to all sellers and buyers, next time use other couriers to send parcels.

Friendly receptionist. Great location, easy access and it is nearby supermarket and other spare part stuff. If you are doing business nearby the area, you can easily post or courier your stuff to other part of Malaysia. If you don't know the location, Waze will bring you right in front of the door.

3 times! Irresponsibility company! I don't have car so I use express but this gdex not ever delivered my items successfully ! Every time need go to their office! So I have to spend extra money to take grab ! I already paid shipping fee and every time didn't remind me when they send to my house! Bad!
