Shall inform recipient in case you are facing difficulties to deliver item. Maybe recipient can collect item by themselves. Hold my item almost 12 hour. Arrived 8:39 AM and only update ON HOLD at 8:35 PM after business hour closed (8:30 PM). A few times call, no answer. Staff claimed, delivery not in service for 2 days. Okay then. Next day, managed to call, guess what? Staff said lorry already move for delivery, my item still in office due to full of stuffs in lorry. This can be accepted. What if I don't give a call or no phone pick up, probably my item will be delivered next day (if only if). This review just to increase the efficiency of the service in the near future. Thanks.

Tell the workers do not take picture of receiver without ask permission,they should inform first before doing that so that people can cover their body properly,
