Reach there 1.30pm but the Counter have no staff. I can here the loud voices of staffs talking inside the warehouse portion. I try to knock on the door then they keep quiet and pretend nobody inside. Too bad, waste my time to purposely go there. Not sure if they really can close 1 hour for rest

Bought cakes that turn moldy easily. Parcel held at branch for days longer than snail mail. Couldn't raise a complaint nor chat with live agents on their website. Unanswered calls. Couldn't just show up there to pick up parcels since it's a "send only" branch. Every means to solve the issue was tailored so it reaches a dead end. Hence, basically the branch is there specifically to ruin people's lives. Defo shady business practices.

Almost 3 weeks my parcel didn’t receive. I check for update u send my parcel on hari raya. U didnt call me and just mention i didnt want to receive my parcel. Trying everywhere to call jnt to collect my parc but cant reach. So badd

1st, they fail to update each time they close their outlet eg SS15 2nd, the worst time is during the Raya n Hj hols Their outlets hv self declared hols pre n post without any announcement 3rd, their courier comes to your house without bothering to ring the bell but enter through the side gate to deposit parcels in obscure places n declared status 'delivered' leaving you to frantically search for it In short, the courier service is inferior to their competitors If any good is the ease to drop off the parcel without having to print a copy

I put 5 star so that it will be at the top of review..ordered my baju kurung on friday but till now (tuesday) still not being delivered. Tracked via website, status is ONHOLD. called and they said system is currently running on high volume. I dont want to know about ur stupid system..ur system down then all the delivery person cannot work is it? Just deliver all parcel no matter ur stupid system is working or not. 🤬
