Call more than 10 times never pickup the call. parcel reach the branch not arrange delivery for more than 4 days. FINE! want to do self collection, also better to confirm the parcel is at branch before going, but do not answer the call at all! what is the point holding the phone? Why big online portal still using J&T? Been using so many courier service, this is the worse ever!

Never answer the phone. I have to walk in here just to ask my parcel whereabouts. Also lousy delivery man. Upon delivery, the delivery man just put my parcel onto my concrete fence gate then drove away to another house. I've witnessed it so many times.

Very hard to pick up phone. Next time don't put phone number la. Easy. Stupid! Been holding my customer parcel for more than a week. No updates also. Very bad service. Better shut down la.

J&T Batang Kali.is a deport for transit goods and parcels to this Batang Kali, Genting Highlands, Ulu Yam and the surroundings villages. I have try to take the parcels from them as i need it urgently, service is ok, normal and nothing to shout about. The staffs working will assists if you request from them but do not expect very prompt service in delivery as they will only sort the next day morning.
