Operation your 8am to 7pm but until now 9.45am the outlet not open yet. My parcels are urgent. I can drop off at morning only when odw to work. But some of times they not open on time. I have to drop off it on next day and sometimes they not scanned the items until it reached to Warehouse.I get violations report from TikTok due their irresponsibility. Gave a phone number, that phone number also not reachable. Very bad service. Operation hour 8am but until 9.40 not open. I waited from 9am but they not open and I getting late to work. So now I can’t drop off my parcel today. I need to answer my customers due their irresponsibility 😡 Making me so frustrated. My customers cancel order also due I couldn’t get to drop off on time. Because your bad service I lost my business, customers and get bad reputation. Will your JNT compensate all my losses? Please supervise your staff. I already complained earlier to the outlet PIC. She gave a WhatsApp number to contact. But that numbers not reachable right now. Please change ur system don’t make us in trouble. Isssshhhh 😡😡😡😡

Horrific service. I've been coming here many times and it keeps getting worse from simply being extremely slow to plain lazy. It says here they open til 8pm, which is pretty standard across most J&T centres. But the staff just close the shutter well before 8pm. Once, they actually saw me parked in front at 7.15 and immediately run out to close the shutter completely before I can even get down from my car. If your staff don't want to work, just close down the entire operations.

Absolutely horrible service here. Would never recommend anyone to use this courier service. Signed documents were sent by a client that was supposed to reach our office in Gamuda Walk. A staff called Fikri said that they were understaffed so cannot deliver. Imagine that, a courier service that expects u to pick up from them. Did not even bother to inform us either. Only just found out it is in the Kemuning Utama branch. Went to the branch near Gamuda Walk - another terribly unhelpful staff - she did not want to assist with getting it sent to her branch here neither would she give a contact number of the Kemuning Utama branch. Told me to google it and i tried, and to no surprise no one answers. Most despicable courier service I have ever experienced period.
