Really? This is the most bad service ever. What do you mean Kod Destinasi salah? The address that i use is from the google and the most accurate from the local address. How come can be wrong. If you dont want to send our parcel just say it, i come pick it up..jangan bawa ke sana dan ke sini parcel kami, kejap di sana, kejap di situ.. perkhidmatan yg bayar pun, bukannya free..bonggok 😡😡😡

J&T should deserve a negative star !!!! didn't receive my parcel and remark receiver request for another delivery date. if you can't deliver customer parcel , better close shop

I have to give a THUMBS Up and 3 stars to the warehouse guys at Moonlight plaza. Despite having to sift through thousands of parcels everyday, they still took the time to personally help find my parcel, were cheerful and patient while servicing so many people lining up to get their goods. They do kot get enough credit. The corporate office dudes at Kolombong however, should really learn to pick up the phone and buck up. They could at least call and let me know why my parcel was stuck at the drop point for 4 days without me having to call the helpline.
