Most ppl come here to collect parcel. I came here to collect my parcel once I checked the tracking status..There's a note written on the parcel "SMS 29-5/8 and luar kawasan.." Well, I didn't received any SMS from poslaju to begin with and luar kawasan? That's funny cause other courier services have no problem deliver all my parcels at my doorstep without failed. But Pos Laju somehow can't deliver. So disappointed. Good thing my home only 10mins away. I really hope Pos Laju improve their service especially on this particular area. Oh the staff were nice and I didnt have to wait long. Thank you.

service standard lowest ~ my wife's stuff stuck here, didn't sent to our house, makes us wasted our previous time to go here just to self collect our stuff, customer service low, lazy worker, their excuse is that our location didn't updates, can't find our house, all others delivery can reach our house, and only them can't find our house ~ 100% lazy workers excuses
