Very slow. My package was not delivered and online tracking showed a message "unsuccessful delivery" for 2 continuances days. When I called up their hotline they told me it was raining thus the package was not delivered. I was asked to go to their office which I did and the situation in the office was bad. People were sitting and waiting and only one staff was there. There was no information and no one knew who or where to refer. The only staff on duty was busy collecting packages. Those of us who came for information and to collect our packages personally were in the lost. Only after all the packages were collected by the staff did she tell us to write our item number on a book which was looked into by another guy who came in after some time ( could be after half an hour, lost track of time). When my turn came he told me that the package was out fur delivery. When in the first place I called them before going to their office to call the package and I was informed that the package was in the office and I could collect in in person. I do understand that it a hard job and the staffs are working hard but they the management should workout a more customer friendly environment and be frank when it comes to handling items, you can't ask people to run around when we have already paid for the service. Please be informed that your customer service promise "next day delivery" but I am still waiting for my package after 7 days when it was sent to Poslaju.

Why does they do not update the contact number. It is hard to contact them . Luckily I manage to got the new contact number for the office after call the main pos office Malaysia. You guys can try contact this number. Dont worry it is not a scam. 07-8821069

the live said not too busy but for a place that not too busy, it's hard to call u guys... i have been trying since morning.. but no one answer my call.. please... all i want to know is where's my parcel... it's been 10days...
