Why do post laju expect me to collect the parcel by myself??? I did pay for the postage right? Why not even leave me a card and give my full address for the collection? Just left a message " RM0 Item Pos Laju EG4xxxxxxxxMY kini di Service Center Cyberjaya. Sila ambil sebelum 07/09/2022. Daripada Pos Laju " and not yet give me a call or left a card with a full address where to collect? Money return to me . !!!!!!!!!! Wasting of my time that I went to other cyberjaya post office to try to code but invalid number for parcel. This location from Google map also incorrect. I follow Google map keep find the location to collect my parcel end up, I found this Google navigation lead me to a park near to depluze. Ridiculous post laju service. Is this post lambat?? Where is the delivery service? Dare to charge people service fee without delivery service not even call me when I at home expecting delivery to my house. Wasting of my time and thought everyone so free like looking for treasure hunt to hunting the missing parcel?? Until now I cannot bring my parcel. I went to few locations of post laju ezidrop show invalid code. Where is my parcel post laju ?????
