Akak counter/customer service, di bulan puasa yg mulia ini, susah ke nak layan customer elok2, greet well, senyum. Kalau tension jangan duduk desk situ, pergi cari or buat kerja lain. I datang sebab nak pos surat, i dah siap2 key in all the information dalam apps, and was told that 'kalau isi dalam apps, kena semua dah prepare'. so that lady suruh i isi form poslaju tu balik bertulis. dia cakap 'kena siap2 prepare dari rumah, dah packing, beli parcel (flyers) tu bundle' aikk before this i pergi kat branch cyberjaya elok je proses, isi all details dalam apps, beli SATU envelope/parcel, scan and thats it. Kakak, you expect apa, you ingat i hari2 nak hantar surat ke sampai kena beli bundle flyers??? Ini dah la muka masam, tak layan aku yg terkontang kanting ni, lepastu tak guide nak buat ape. muka tu mmg tak boleh blah. I geram betul. Lagi satu apa function apps tu kalau kena buat semua manually. takda pun dalam apps tu cakap kena bungkus drpd rumah?? dah kalau takda packaging mcm mana?? haiyaaa Rated 1 star because theres no problem at all with the delivery, delivery was very fast, and that's being generous la.
