Few times went there, every time the experiences are tremendous. Staffs very friendly, always smiling and good in assisting. I went to ninja van next to it just to check the price, when the staff opens the shop at 10am, for me it's late. Jnt opens daily at 9am. Also the ninja guy comes package with a weird face. Duh. Oh, maybe he is on leave but asked to come by his boss, to replace another friend. That will justify why he has a very weird face that day. Lol. Ninja price a bit low maybe 5-10 ringgit lower than jnt, depending on your kilograms. Tata.

Very poor service. So many times my parcel stuck here without reason. Call no answer at all. Very bad service of courier. So many people complained on the same issue. Delayed n rude manner of delivery staff. Shame of u!
