Got a lot of staffs but very slow to attend to customers. It took like 5 6 of them to 'help' this one customer pack her parcel (not a big parcel). A bunch of them just duduk membawang there. When urged to be hurry then i got attended I don't know why this place got the 'best drop point' title. Jnt speed of logistics is indeed fast, the parcel is delivered fast. But in terms of customer service still lacking.
