Before this I really like this J&T branch and I often went there to drop my parcel. However, recently maybe the volume of the parcels are increasing, they stop scanning parcels after 5pm. Some of the urgent parcels, they scanned on the next day 2pm 🙃 Call and text no answer at all. Feel really disappointed on this kind of issue.

Despite all the negative 1 star comment this is the nearest branch to my house ! Yes they do lack staff but you can see them working everytime I walk into the shop. I’ve been dropping parcels off very often and it always gets delivered the next day. So thank you J&T and good job!

If not bcos of have to click the star, I even can't give 1 star to them, no body pick up phone in any of the branch, think the phone is for decoration. The parcel keep for one week till call only send, document also reached in branch 2 days since 2/6/2020, but til now still haven't delivered

Better change a management in this branch, 7pm drop parcel until the next day 12pm still not scan.
