Been here to sent parcel to neighbor state. RM8 3kg and below Staff is friendly and explain the prices in details. Also the staff provide additional warnings tape for fragile since the items going to sent is fragile. They do sell boxes if you don’t have one. I’m not sure how thick is the boxes they are selling but the price is quite high maybe due to the thickness of it. 😄

Doesn’t even help to angkat the almari parcel which is VERY HEAVY and let only two girls carrying it. He said will help only when we paid extra 🙄 Luckily, there’s J&T delivery guy help us to carry it till in front of my house. Thank you, J&T guy.

It's a sensitive time now, sadly of all staff, only ONE person was wearing mask. It's an indoor space with normal AC operating, so many people come and go. I don't know, I probably wont be going there anymore because of safety concerns. It used to be really good when it was still Best Express. Now, the way the staff work can be really slow too, albeit quite friendly.

6.44pm call me and inform my parcel is on the rack, within 5 minutes i go down to guardhouse, courier already left and i cant find my parcel. 6.52pm i call back few times but unable to get through. Then via whatsap i feedback my problem and the staff came back and he himself also fail to locate the parcel. I suggest if you cant handle so many parcel you can call customer to come collect at your office. Condo management would not be responsible for such matter and CCTV is not meant to capture parcel rack area.
