Called them several times, each time they'd pick up the phone and immediately hang up. Highly unprofessional. When I arrive, half the staff in the customs office were just chatting among themselves, and looked annoyed when I asked about my package. Slow service, and all the workers were unhelpful and rude. I know that government jobs are cushy, but can you guys please better train your staff, and seriously - picking up the phone to just hang it up to avoid the ringing is so annoying, like what are you 5 years old?

Worst customer service I've ever experience. Called to ask some questions on how to get my parcel cleared. He ended up arguing with me for over 10 minutes. Instead of telling me everything is written on the letter sent, just answer the questions that were asked. You are there for that reason. Please train your staff to do their jobs properly.

I don't why they like to keep people's parcels too long. They really need to improve on how they sort out the parcels. I called to trace my parcel, the answer I got was ' kami pun taktau kat mana brg cik'... Very very very very bad service. I'd give zero star. When asked for person in charge, takde Pegawai pun yg in charge katanya. 😤😤
