the worst delivery company .. never use them. I have been waiting for my parcel for 14 days.. and yet they cannot deliver saying they are busy . Asked when they can deliver.. they just said " it will take time " i have to wait ! what kind of service is this.. if you don't want to stress your life then better don't use this company.

The worst courier company ..received the parcel due to sender said ur company express .. but it’s opposite , parcel reach and step to delivery but keep for 3days until complain in WhatsApp for self collect , but when parcel collected , the document inside It's been deliberately damaged!!! Kertas macam sayur masin ! Worst courier

My parcel since 25 Sept 2022 until now (30 Sept 2022) not yet receive. Call no one answer. WhatsApp them and then said no staff. So? No staff is my problem??? If no staff then hire more or close business lah… Susahkan orang tunggu parcel lama2!!! If can give 0 ⭐️ than I won’t give 1, really bad service!!!

So bad, since 5/1 the courier kept my parcel until now still no update. I have called many times to their call centre to remind them about my parcel and still no news. Its been 10days. So bad system.
