People are not getting free services from J&T. We are paying for the services, as per the rate charged. So, please provide good service. Staff are not interested and not welcoming at all. Looks like they are not interested to work but like no choice Please provide good training.

Customer service is worst. I would hv give zero star as rating if i can. I would suggest the manager for this branch to send all of your staff for a customer service training. They are very rude, unethical and impolite. Please dont go here. I would suggest you go pandan perdana branch which is just 5 minutes away bcz the staff are all very polite.

The female staff in the afternoon mode is very irresponsible to customers and I asked for my items, she preserved the goods for a long time and was not responsible for it. and my items were lost.
