They’ve lost their customer friendly staff. Went to drop-off a parcel a two months ago and the attending person insisted that J&T have never accepted QR codes for drop-offs even though they’ve previously accepted and encouraged QR drop-off for the past two years? The person in charge then rudely asked me what machine I saw other staff use before insisting again that J&T have never had a QR code scanner. It was a really bad experience that convinced me to use Pos Malaysia instead.

The parking is quite hard to find need to double park , first of all my parcel drop right in front of me yeah ngl thankfully it was a book not a fragile stuff if so I’ll be so mad but still how can they let that happen , secondly I asked one of the employee a question she just gave me curt respond not as friendly as I received feedback from JNT at the Bangsar South miss that place though it's stated closed permanently I like the service better there one of the staff his name is Satish was so kind to me ,always has a big smile and help me through whenever I need to drop off some parcel, hopefully JNT can change their mind about close that place and this could be my first and the last time coming to this Telawi branch
