The office should open at 8am but the staff open the counter to the people at 9 am. Pos laju need to do better about their time management and understaffed problem. Probably the worst pos laju experience i had encounters so far

The renovation is badly planned and done. My GPO Box and some others, have been relocated 7 feet high making it imposable to look inside them and imposable to reach in more than a few inches to extract mail, requiring having to go inside the office and queuing to ask the staff to recover you mail for yoiu. The Post Office person reasonable for over seeing the contractor and consultants should be sacked from their job and a concrete step should be put in place around the PO Box corner.

The postlaju staff here has a bad working attitude. We wait here for a long time but those staff keep talking and playing on the phone
