Wasting money using Pos Laju because items under 2@3kg they send your items to Pos Tak Laju (Normal Pos) for delivery. Result is item pending for 3 days, and returned back to Pos Laju. But no notification or anything. Lucky i go myself check and pickup items from Pos Laju office. Stop using Pos Laju.

Pos laju failed to inform that their policy to keep unsuccessful delivery is 7 days. As a result, the parcels were sent back to sender.

They consider themselves as private sector yet they act as if they are public sector.🙄🤷 I wonder how they able to survive this long with so much backlog…? They are closed on Saturday, every week of the 1st month (tutup setiap Sabtu pada minggu pertama). Suggest they changed their company to poslambat.
