Updated that my parcel have been delivered in system, but couldn't find the parcel. Call several times to make sure where were my parcel but never answered. When go to the kuantan branch they said its delivered but nothing found. Wasting time and energy and money. My parcel costed rm500 its gone just like that

Very bad service. Tak angkat telefon. Pernah sy call dia angkat dan hang up. So rude. Why Pos Malaysia diam je? Dh rating teruk pun tak take action!

Fast service, friendly staff, clean and comfortable waiting area. Parking enough but if they make properly marked parking and clean all the sand and soil at the pavement would be better.
