The worst Pos Laju ever. My parcel was returned after only 7days ( tp kata 14days) including public holiday n weekend ya.Kalau PL buka weekend boleh la include. Dah la brg sampai xda notify, brg return x notify. (I know there s a tracking system k but this is rural area, do u think all places have coverage. Well other PL can why can't PL Kapit. Very unprofessional. Buat malu Kapit shj. The officers r full of BS. I was told my parcel was not yet arrived but the system said it was. Pemalas. I was asked to come again next week, I went on Friday only to b told my parcel was returned. Bare in mind this contain important project items. I asked why since it was not yet 14days - ini brg PL mesti returned after 3 days. F**&#£@ ingat Kapit ni KL senang suka hati bila nak trun. Hence everything was delayed. 2.6rating, I hope Bigboss PL Kapit do something to improve your staffs' attitude towards works n manner. B professional. We pay taxes n sadly ur freaking salary. I'm posting out of my pity to Kapit people. Without these customers u might not have a job. This comment may sound harsh but I hope it could b an eye opener.
