Tried to call their number. 04-9170386 is non existing anymore. So i called the other number 04-9170387 that was found based on google but no one pick up my call. Have been ringing them more than 5,6 times. Pos laju HQ Malaysia, please take note regarding the service and rearrange back the employess there. Just fire the one that are useless. Not good service at all!

My parcel didn't even reach me and post to someone else. I called them but never picked up. Just One thing I want to said to the courier who are responsible for this, I will never forgive you sbb tak amanah. You tanggung sendiri kt akhirat. I lost a very expensive item and it's really important to me. But you guys just do it like nothing important even this is your job like seriously I don't thought you just have to give the item not to the right owner. How fool!

Disappointed experience here. Dropped the parcel here with one airway bill as Lazada emailed to the seller to do that for green earth. And due to this issue, they just hold my parcel at their counter few days and didn't call me. When I came to the office asking for that parcel, the staff just told me that the parcel should have two airway bills, so the parcel cannot be shipped out. I asked that why didn't call me before?!! They "explained" that they did call me. I asked for what phone number you were calling to, they even cannot point out the phone number on the airway bill !!! Ridiculous!

Poor service. They said they had attempted to deliver my parcel, but failed. But i was at home on the day they delivered even if im not at home, my maid is at home all the time. This things had been happening 3 times. No notice. No notes left in my PO Box! Possibly if they didnot come to my home at all..? Bcoz these thing never happen with other courier company.
