I came today to pick up my parcel. There were like 10 customers waiting in line. Then suddenly, they pulled down the grille and asked half of the customers to come in and left another half (including me) waiting outside. One of the staff came out and said, 'We are closed for today. Come again tomorrow'. The weather was very hot, mind you. Does it make any difference if they just serve the rest of the customers rather than asking them to go back with a lot of disappointments? Seriously, this branch must upgrade their customer service and efficiency. If there is a half star or even quarter, I will rate them that. 👎 Not to mention the staff who talked in a rude way just because I picked my parcel a little bit late last month due to a personal issue. You are not in a position to embarrass your customer right in front of other customers. Just do your job with full of integrity so people will respect you.
