I came today to pick up my parcel. There were like 10 customers waiting in line. Then suddenly, they pulled down the grille and asked half of the customers to come in and left another half (including me) waiting outside. One of the staff came out and said, 'We are closed for today. Come again tomorrow'. The weather was very hot, mind you. Does it make any difference if they just serve the rest of the customers rather than asking them to go back with a lot of disappointments? Seriously, this branch must upgrade their customer service and efficiency. If there is a half star or even quarter, I will rate them that. 👎 Not to mention the staff who talked in a rude way just because I picked my parcel a little bit late last month due to a personal issue. You are not in a position to embarrass your customer right in front of other customers. Just do your job with full of integrity so people will respect you.

not gonna lie, this samarahan poslaju service is useless than garbage. i wonder how the workers and the boss look like. paid for the delivery but didnt deliver but self collect instead. you gotta respect ur customer if you want to be respected. Tq

I wonder why you guys wont deliver my parcel. We paid for the postage for you to deliver not just self collect on our own. Not everyone has the time to go to PL and collect our parcel. And one more, I'm really mad today (Saturday) bc yall said yall are open during Saturday 8-12.30 pm but where?? I went there at 11am but you guys were CLOSED. But i heard some people talking inside so I know there are people in there but you guys just close PL purposely. Why ah? Really, really bad service. If only i could choose courier on shopee i definitely wont choose you guys. Sadis betol. Please please please improve more

barang stuck dekat pos office for 1 months already when are you going to post them? I've waited enough when I went to the post office they closed already.why are you handling things like this? u should be responsible for your customer's items.kitaorg bayar guna duit bukan daun ok.please improve your service more.and deliver my items asap tq

It would be good if i can give half or quaters of 1 star. The service is too poor, too worst i cant imagined. My item returned back to the seller without my information because i used the pos laju samarahan as the address because i thought it will be difficult for the senders to find my house and make the job more easier. No call no message to reminded me. Wth? HEY! IT DOESNT CHARGE YALL A CENT TO WHATSAPP ME. Not need to call or what. Just a piece of message it would be nice. So disappointed. Now i get it why this website have 1 star only. Not too shocked. Please take note the cust feedbacks and hope fix your service sir and madam.
