I've been going to this post office for quite some time now and although the service are great and everything went fast, there's one woman employee that was impolite to me. I ignored at first however my 2nd visit there, the same employee helped me and she was rude at that time too. So I'm very disappointed with the employee in question. I hope Post Office Klang would consider reviewing this and reprimand the said employee for better services in the future. thank you

If I can give no star, I would. I booked appointment via Outlet Finder to renew licence at your branch. You even confirmed and reminded me via email of this appointment. Only to go there and have them tell me "Kad sudah habis". And no other dates/solution given except, "You try JPJ." I booked an appointment here to be serviced here, not to be redirected elsewhere. If you have the automated email to confirm and remind me, can't you have the courtesy to email me that your stock has finished, so that I don't need to risk myself/waste time going to your branch during pandemic? What's the use of booking appointment with you if I can't get it done here? I just don't get it.

Terrible service experience. Service is super slow(even a snail is faster). Parcel got stuck for few days... Dunno whether they wanna make a pickle or what.. Just shut down your service, a lot of people are complaining.

No phone number to call, even provided with the phone number from other departments also never pick up the call. Status shows attempted delivery but never deliver actually. Terrible…

Terribly slowwww. Took 30 mins wait for my turn and another 20 mins to process a simple RM50 Pos Cheque. unclear and wrong instruction on form filling from the door girl. end up to fill a new one. Seriously make some improvement pls
