Poor services. I forgot to take my parcel and got return sms. But incase I want to hold the parcel from being return, they said I need to gave my ic numbers so I gave them. I reply their sms on the same time. But when I want to take it, they said it already return to abx Tawau. I’m frustrated. What annoyed me the most was they returned my parcel the day they sent me the return sms. Mereka tidak menelefon saya langsung. Bila saya telefon, tidak di angkat. Please, improved your services. They don’t feel apologetic at all. Abx tawau ordered to return the parcel but apa gunanya mereka meminta ic saya untuk hold parcel? Before this pun, abx semporna staff was so RUDE to me. Sepatutnya satu bintang pun tidak mau bagi.

Its give pretty good services and less crowded than other shipping services here at semporna ,just that i give 4 star because of its location is not that good because it in the middle of town, Overall its good
