I bought something on 30 April 2020 and received it on 13 May 2020. I understand about parcels congestion and short of workers during MCO. However despite slow delivery, I called their customer service and they always say to deliver the parcel on the next day. They even claimed not saying anything about delivering the parcel on the next day. Bad service. This is my second experience with such delay. Definitely not dealing with them again in future.

Worst service ever. Took almost 2 weeks to deliver within SEL - KL. Finally received my DAMAGED items after calling and emailing them several times. Kept giving lame excuses and lied about the delivery status. Would NOT recommend anyone to use their service ever or else you might get poor quality service & damaged items just like me. Time & money wasted.

Such of the rudeness workers here.. how dare she does asking receiver what item we bought instead in the public.. she supposes to find it herself in tracking number 😠😡😡 please use the politeness to treating people. If not you will be getting an illness of heart attack because you always use the emotional way to do work. You treating your body not good.
