My experiences with ABX Express is different among you. Firstly, I had approach a person who name JuezJara Collection (WhatsApp Name) to help track the parcel, she is quite friendly and helpful. Eventually, she told me that the parcel will be deliver next day or in another two-three days, but then next morning I drive to ABX Jalan Datuk Edward Jeli try to do self-pickup. The counter staff told me that, since the parcel just arrive yesterday (Sunday) so they have to do further sorting before delivery and they will hand it to ABX Permy their agent to do so. And the staff gave me the agent phone contact as well as say that, after done sorting he will call or WhatsApp me. I was curious why they would pass to ABX Permy but not ABX Senadin, since my delivery address is at Senadin then he said ABX Senadin is closed, anything regarding parcel I can reach the agent. Since my shop is at Senadin commercial centre and opposite of ABX Senadin, when I reach my shop; I went there walk around to see is it the branch really closed or not, it does not seem so, as I saw there were some staff at next door of it doing some sorting works. Until the afternoon, I was curious then message ABX Senadin Facebook page, enquiry my parcel; the staff told me that, the parcel just arrives the branch but it has to do sorting first and asked me to WhatsApp a number which is one of the numbers that given by the ABX Jalan Datuk Edward Jeli staff. Then I continue asked her is it able self-pickup within on the day, she said yes but have to ask her colleague to find it first; after find so will inform again. At the end, I really able to do self-pickup. But this morning I received a message from the person that I request for help she told me that my parcel is with ABX Permy could self-pickup and delivery will take two days’ time. Anything I can direct approach the ABX Permy agent, the number is same as given by the staff at ABX Jalan Datuk Edward Jeli then I tried call; and they also said my parcel is with them and asked me either want self-pickup or ask for delivery. I told them that I already done my self-pickup since yesterday at ABX Senadin and kindly update the system to avoid any misunderstanding…As this parcel I was order through Shopee, until now the official ABX Express tracking or Shopee tracking record still stuck on one of the branches. P/S: Anyhow still thank you JuezJara Collection for your help and ABX Express Miri the delivery process is quite weird, have to improve; keep it up!
