Like lancauu... Parcel out for delivery in 10 a.m.... Until 6.30 p.m. Parcel not received yet.. Then they inform that undelivered due heavy rain.. Pala bana.. Today, i not see any rain at sg. Siput.. I dont know how runner work.. Please work properly.. If u dont want work just go sit at home..So disappointed.. Even jnt or ninja or poslaju received many parcel, the staff do work well and the parcel delivered so fast to customer.. No need to wait too long.. Not like this gdex sg. siput so slow

GDEX this shipping company service is really, really bad! The package sent out on September 14th was only received on the 19th! I understand that there are two public holidays in between, I understand, but I can still send the wrong address! address is still signed by someone else?! How do your employees do things? Can someone else's package be signed for by someone else? We opened a shop to do business, and now because of your shipping service problems caused us to be complained by cus tomers And lose money!
