Terrible service! My parcel delivery was rescheduled and stated bad weather, in fact it was a sunny day. Today the delivery was rescheduled again and stated receiver requested to change the delivery date, in fact I did not receive any calls from the driver. Such a liar! Please improve!!!

I did not ask J&T to change the delivery date! ! Why does the tracking result look like this? The package will be delivered on August 11 at the nearest J&t. It is Now August 14th and I have not received the package. J&T's service is poor and lead time is too long!! Please take action to solve this problem!

Ask for J&T office number and what they give me is a police station number. Broke my thing during the delivery. Ask for claiming but remains silent for almost 2 months. Poor service
